Psychologist (MSc.), Counsellor (PgDipCouns), Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist (PgDipCBT)
I have been working as a psychologist/psychotherapist in private practice, delivering psychological help to the Polish people in Bristol since June 2005.
I graduated from the Institute of Psychology of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland (MSc. Health Psychology).
As a bilingual therapist I work with both Polish and English speaking clients. Apart from private practice I also work as a psychotherapist in the NHS.
I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CBT Pathway) at the University of Wales in Newport and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive – Behavioural Therapy at the University in Exeter.
I have been working therapeutically using an Integrative approach but mainly using Cognitive – Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I offer a professional therapeutic relationship, where clients can explore issues and difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
